establish that:
Automobilisten in de Schoolstraat trekken op om het dorp uit te rijden of men rijdt met hoge snelheid het dorp binnen.
Het aanbrengen van snelheidbeperkers zoals een wegversmalling en/of drempels maakt de straat veiliger.

Aanbrengen van snelheidbeperkers, halverwege de straat en bij het bord in/uit Vogelwaarde, voor de veiligheid van alle en tegen geluidshinder.
